We aim to deliver within the time upon the confirmation order. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Delivery will be made to the address specified by Customer on the completed order form.
At AromBay, all our shipments will be send out from Monday – Friday by using our appointed courier service providers. Orders will be processed on the next day and customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except public holiday.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect the delivery, we may leave a message to the registered contact number that either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. We shall not accept shipments in which the delivery address is a P.O. Box address.
